What is CoMag and how is it Applied?
• The CoMag process introduces three chemicals to produce a stable ballasted floc.
• Unlike conventional clarification, there is a continuous recycle of sludge to promote solid contact.
• The magnetite ballast is recovered magnetically.
• The increased settlement characteristics enables much higher rise rates than conventional clarification.
