The processing capability of Modern Enhanced Dewatering Systems has been significantly improved to achieve un-rivalled performance together with operational and process flexibility. Energy efficient systems are available which provide controlled cake dry solids up to 97%, even on difficult to dewater biological sludges.

The same system also gives Enhanced treated pathogen reduction. The system offers safe operation in the production of a dried 97% dry solids final product. This can range from an autothermic cake, through to a pasteurised, dried product. Inherent within the system is the avoidance of the ‘sticky phase’, whilst sludge is always below the temperature at which the sludges become thermally unstable.
