What is a Multiparameter Sonde?

A submersible instrument that can measure multiple parameters simultaneously.
– Record data locally/remotely- Can combine traditional sensors (ie. pH, EC, temp, DO, turbidity) with fluorometers. Up to 30 parameters.- Proteus also measures a range of other parameters including BOD, COD, TOC and coliforms.
– Calibration: 3- or 6-monthly depending on sensors. 4-6wks if ISEs (ie NH4).
