• PR09 work was based on actual WwTW quality performance. At that time this was 95%ile 6.4 BOD and 2.1 Ammonia

• EA Asked us to re-model based on the WwTW achieving it’s 95%ile consent of 5 mg/l Ammonia

• Using the consented value we cannot achieve FIS un-ionised ammonia compliance
