Kendal
◼ Started up on 22.10.2018 with 60% flow and 1.5 g/l of granular seed sludge
◼ Influent loads at start-up were circa 70% of the design loads (2036)
◼ Good nitrification rate and effluent compliance achieved within 2 weeks
◼ Phased start-up to re-use existing FST
◼ Treated 100% flow and loads from 8th May 2019 with the 4.5 g/l
◼ Granulation now at 70 %
