Aeration blower control
Fixed dissolved oxygen set point control

Currently the most commonly used control system. 2 controllers connected in cascade
Outer loop calculates the required airflow from the difference between the desired DO and the online concentration
The airflow setpoint is controlled by the inner loop that changes the position of the air valve.
