➢ Provide an assessment for the whole country (typically studies undertaken for individual companies)
➢ Support WINEP and PR24 submissions
• Aimed to agree common planning assumptions that all companies and the regulator(s) could accept
➢ Inform discussions between the water industry and the environmental and economic regulators (and policy makers)
➢ Demonstrate the impact of different restrictions on the agricultural landbank
• Investigate if concerns the water industry had regarding the impact of potential restrictions are valid and quantify the impact
