We will continue to monitor developments whilst planning events for 2022 – our priority is to ensure the safety of our attendees and this will determine whether future events go ahead in-person or virtually.
We hope that later the in year our events will return to in-person, we will of course keep monitoring the situation to ensure all safety measures are in line with government recommendations.
In the unfortunate event that we need to postpone any event or training course, all bookings will automatically be transferred to the new date (or a refund offered if that person is no longer able to attend). For in-person events we advise holding back on making travel arrangements until nearer the event date as reimbursement for this expense will not be possible. In the event that a conference or training course has to be postponed…
I would like to attend on the new date, what do I need to do?
Nothing! Your booking will automatically be transferred to the new date. We will be back in touch with updates closer to the new event date.
I can’t make the new date, can I request a full refund?
Yes, we will happily refund you in full – please email email@example.com if you would like to do this.
Can I transfer my booking to someone else?
Yes, we can transfer your booking to a colleague at no extra cost – please email firstname.lastname@example.org
I have already made financial commitments (such as a hotel booking) to attend – will I be reimbursed?
Unfortunately we’re unable to reimburse travel/hotel bookings. We strongly advise holding back on making travel arrangements until nearer the event date.
The event is going ahead but I don’t want to attend due to COVID-19 risks…
Can I get a refund?
You can cancel your booking and obtain a full refund up to 30 days prior to the event. Our full event terms and conditions can be found HERE
